Utility-Engineer/Sr. Engineer For Agrochemical Company -Saykha Gujarat
1 Monitoring Over all Operation & Maintenance of Steam Boilers (coal fired), Water Treatments Plants, , Screws Air Compressors (Oil Free), chilling/brine plants( ammonia based) Centrifugal Chillers, Air Conditioning systems, Diesel Generators, Cooling Towers, High Pressure Water Distribution System, , Fire Fighting system, hydro pneumatics systems, AHU,HVAC, Air conditionings etc.
2 Good Engineering Practices Ability to verify & confirm technical specifications of entire spectrum of spares, able to modify the specifications as & when needed.
3 Preventive & trouble shooting of all the utility equipment’s, Read Engg. Drawings, P& IDs. Performance evaluation of equipment/ systems.
4 Exposure to ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18000 systems. Thorough exposure on work practices i.e work permits, report.
5 Shall be responsible for Utility Operations & Maintenance team of Plant Maintenance dept. He will be responsible for the non-stop operation of the Utility systems within the plant. He needs to operate, monitor & control the same and in event of emergencies like Power outage, power dips, flood, etc. he will be the key person responsible to handle the entire plant Utility operations independently.
6 Attend to any problems related to Utility in Shift.
7 Maintaining all process deliverable within defined standard limits.
8 Monitoring of Utility operations, energy consumptions ( power, oxygen, nitrogen, water etc.).
9 Planning & execution of Predictive, Preventive & Breakdown maintenance.
10 Work as team member of the shift maintenance group & involve in the problem-solving activities in plant.
11 Should have basic knowledge regarding Estate/Facility maintenance.
12 Ensure compliance with Company's ISO procedures.
13 Planning of duties, scheduling of contractor labour.
