· Comfortable making calls and talking to new people/ customers
· Excellent communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
· Persuasive and goal-oriented
· Eager to expand company with new sales
· Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
· In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
· Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Calling/answering Phone and explaining the product and services offered by the company
· Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
· Asking question to customer and understanding their requirements
· Work experience as a Telecaller or a similar role in the Sales Department
