consultant/Sales Management: Drive consultant/ sales of vitamin and mineral premixes to manufacturers, food companies, and the animal feed industry, focusing on building long-term client relationships.
Industry Expertise: Use your deep understanding of the vitamin and mineral premix market to identify opportunities and explain product benefits to clients in food, animal feed, and other industries.
Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for clients, identifying their needs and recommending the most suitable premixes to meet their product goals.
Client Relationships: Leverage your existing industry connections to gain entry into new markets, establishing relationships with key players in the food and animal feed industries.
Product Knowledge: Explain how our premixes can enhance the nutritional profile of products and meet client requirements.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve client concerns.
Consultative Selling: Focus on building value-based, consultative relationships, rather than using aggressive sales tactics. Using a questioned based selling framework.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields.
5-10 years of experience in sales, particularly in the vitamin and mineral premix or food ingredient industry.
Fluent in both English and Hindi.
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with large-scale fortification projects, such as rice or staple food fortification.
