Position: Recruiter-Manpower Services, USS

Supported By: Delivery Head, HR & F&A
1. ROLES:
ï‚· Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases & job portals.
ï‚· Conducting pre-screening calls, interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
ï‚· Collaborating with team on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs
ï‚· Should have a proper understanding of engineering skills for hiring for technical roles.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES: 
ï‚· Develop and post technical job descriptions and job specifications
ï‚· Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
ï‚· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals.
ï‚· Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical
assessments and behavioral questions) before submissions to client.
ï‚· Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive
candidates
ï‚· Screen candidates resumes and job applications in a way that it results in submissions
which are 75% matching with the said requirement.
ï‚· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter
candidates within schedule.
ï‚· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or resume databases
Maintaining following KPIs
ï‚· Minimum 2 submissions in a day OR 48 in a month
ï‚· Achieving the target of minimum 2 qualified selections/closures in a month.
