Job Description: ERP Implementer
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ERP Implementer to join our growing team. The
successful candidate will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of Enterprise Resource
Planning (ERP) systems for our clients. This involves overseeing all aspects of the implementation
process, from initial planning and configuration to user training and go-live support.
Responsibilities:
ï‚· Lead and manage all phases of ERP implementation projects, including:
o Project planning, scoping, and budgeting
o Requirements gathering and analysis
o System configuration, testing and customization
o Define test cases and test plans
o Data migration and integration
o User training and documentation
o Go-live support and post-implementation maintenance
o Report regularly status to manager and updates to clients.
ï‚· Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional
requirements for the ERP system. Also get user acceptance and testing done with clients.
ï‚· Configure and customize ERP systems according to client specifications, including but not limited
to:
o Finance & Accounting (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)
o Fixed Asset Management System
o Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Inventory, Production Planning)
o Human Resources (Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance)
o Doctors’ Accounting System
ï‚· Perform data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
ï‚· Develop and deliver comprehensive user training materials and conduct training sessions for end-
users.
