Roles and Responsibilities
· Manage loan operations, including loan processing, disbursement, and recovery.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
· Oversee taxation matters related to loans and interest income.
· Coordinate with banks for various banking activities such as account opening, statement generation, etc.
· Prepare financial reports on a monthly basis (MIS) and provide insights for business growth.
