Job Title: Manager (hr & Admin)

location: Head Office, Gurgaon
duties and Responsibilities:
key Deliverables for the Role
• Own the Hr & Admin Functions in the Company
• Responsible for Creating and Implementing Hr & Admin Policies
• Management of Recruitment & Onboarding of New Employees
• Management of Payroll and other Hr Processes
• Assist the Directors in Identifying and Opening New Branches
• Maintenance of Infrastructure in Existing Branches and Head Office
• Engagement with External Stakeholders / Vendors for Management of Outsourced Process
• Assist Businesses and Functions in Employee Engagement.
required Qualifications and Experience:
• Mba with An Experience of 4-7 Years in the Services Sector.
• Should Be a Self-starter, Demonstrate Entrepreneurial Capabilities and a Positive Attitude
