Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of problems on Cloud server hosted to our clients
- Collaborate with system administrators to prevent system downtime
- Designing and deploying enterprise-wide scalable operations on Cloud Platforms
- Migrating complex, multi-tier applications on Cloud Platforms
- Ensure customer satisfaction and perform quality work on all services requests
- Answering/Troubleshooting on technical queries and dealing clients via calls, chats and
Emails.
- Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows and applications problems to help
minimize downtime
- Install, upgrade and troubleshooting of software served by company.
- Managing user accounts on Servers/Domain.
- Familiar with Client/Server Architecture

Basic knowledge of windows server, cloud technology and virtualization.
- Excellent knowledge of windows troubleshooting.
- Sound knowledge of NTFS Permissions,
- Good knowledge of outlook configuration and its functions.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent Communications Skills.

Qualification:
- Graduation – (B.Tech/B.sc Computers) , cut off 70%
- HSC % - cut off 70%
- SSC % - cut off 70%

Experience	2 - 4 Years
Salary	7 Lac To 8 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
