The Solution Consultant/ Pre-Sales Manager will be responsible for executing pre-sales activities and
closely work with sales team & partners during client interface. Solution Consultant/ Pre-Sales Manager
will be responsible for designing & sizing of Communication Solution, helping solution
selling and enabling partners & our organization in winning the deals through product presentations &
demos, meetings & POC. Solution Selling and prepare solution deliverables with SOW. Engage &
understand clients business challenges and translate them into appropriate solution with value
Pre-Sales activities involved
Preparing & presenting presentation for clients
Prepare solution Design / BOM / SOW.
Presenting Product demo through Webex or onsite.
Will be part of Project Kick Off for smoother transition from pre-sales to project team.
Will be responsible for the SoW, Project sign off and client satisfaction.
Working with other global team members to ensure project completion.
Understand requirements from customers, translating into competitive solution with innovative
Experience & Qualification:
Engineering / Science Graduate
5+ years of experience with at least 3+ years in Presales / Consulting.
Experience on call centre technology or unified communication solutions with strong knowledge
on design, implementation & troubleshooting skills on contact centre &; unified communication
Work experience of IVR designing on Voice Portals, CTI Desktop & integration will be an added
Knowledge & understanding of telephony standards & protocols E1, T1, ISDN, VOIP, SIP.
Strong knowledge on databases MS SQL & Oracle and reporting frameworks
Must be fluent in English with good Interpersonal, presentation & negotiation skills
