Responsible for managing the sales and marketing of passenger vehicles.
Achieving sales target and maximizing profitability.
Cultivate new large accounts in the region.
Competition Analysis-Analysis and studying competitors on timely basis.
Generate new business leads and new areas for development through detailed research of the specific industry or market.
Study area and customer segments to Collate database of customer.
Customer Relationship Management-Building relationships and retention.
Mentoring the entire team for better productivity and target achievement.
Planning and developing short and long term goals. Interprets short and long term objectives in staff/team .
Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action where necessary.
Stock ordering, driving sales, reporting.
Performs sales promotion activities.
Identifying and developing new business through networking.
Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products.
Create understanding/awareness about the product in the team and market.
Lead the team from the front in Strategic and Bulk Deals.
Effectively communicating with the Sales Manager/ Branch Managers on a weekly basis to review departmental forecasts and ensure consistency with annual projections.
Explaining the policies and procedures of the dealership to all employees.
Design Training Modules to impart process and product knowledge for team.
Strong planning ability.
Problem solving & negotiation abilities
Salary:INR 15,00,000 - 18,00,000 P.A.
