- Meet with Architects/Contractors/Consultants/Corporate customers regarding the products based on KPI.
- Getting the products specified from the above mentioned people.
- Appointment of channel partners for LED lights.
- Arranging seminars/Technical discussion with Corporate customers/ Architects/Contractors/Consultants.
- Get timely feedbacks from the Corporate customers/ Architects/ Contractors/Consultants regarding the products and project status. (i.e. Weekly meeting)
- Lead a team in assigned geographic area
- Any other activities/jobs assigned by the reporting head on a daily basis
- Good geographical knowledge
- Strong Lighting and Product knowledge
- Good Communication skill
- Good business network
- B.E (Electrical/Mechanical) degree from a recognized university
- MBA with specialization in Marketing preferred.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- The candidate should possess good convincing power, leadership skills, team management and desire to succeed and achieve the sales goals.
- Should have an art of influencing people, self motivated and should have good communication skills.
- Should possess good language skills(English, National and Regional)
- This profile requires extensive travelling
