1. Liaison with various Govt. officials for the various approval and clearance of Power & SEZ projects.
2. Liaison and coordinating with various internal and external departments.
3. Working in Land Acquisition Team and Liaison with Patwaries, Tehsildar, SDM, ADM, DM, LAO, CTP and other govt. officials.
4. Liaison with Government sectors for availability of documents and Maps required for the project.
5. Doing survey of sites & giving presentation of sites to govt. officials/others.
6. Dealing with Land owners & Broker for making Land files for further processing.
7. Liaison with Central & State govt. official for clearance of project, getting land, clearance of ROW, Approvals, CLU, Layout approval, NOC, Height clearance.

2. Handled Land acquisition and site acquisition for SEZ, Power Plant and Retail. Clearance of ROW. Permission from Govt. agencies for erection of tower.
3. Leasing spaces, doing Lease agreement and Handing over taking over.
4. Checking all land related papers with Jamabandi,Mutations, Registry, deeds, affidavits, indeminity, Nakal Sazra Map etc. properly.
5. Doing all types of calculations of Shares and payment of land to be acquired.
6. Checking map of land and share of seller person as well as authorization of seller.
7. Registry of Land.
8. Coordinating with Security team for security of Land acquired.
9. Liaison with internal departments for the availability of Space.
10. Helping Architect to making a layout plan for various office spaces.
11. Dealing with Electrical, Airport Development, Commercial, Finance, Operations & Maintenance Team for giving all types of support to the parties.
12. Dealing with vendors for HVAC, Electrical, IT, Civil, interior, Housekeeping, building mgmt. etc.
13. All type of facility management services (Admin Work).
14. Dealing with Airlines for giving them space at airport.
15. Doing measurement of the land and space.
16. Prepare & maintain database of land & space utilization at IGI Airport
17. Ensuring the land is free from encumbrances & encroachments
18. Ensuring the parties that have been allotted land are using it as per terms
19. Evaluate & allocate land for various airport land users as per existing policy
20. Recovery of land & space lease rentals
21. Clearance of ROW & Revenue Management
22. Provide support to various airport stakeholders for relocation etc. as & when required.
23. Making MIS for Space given at airport & sending it to various departments.
24. Preparing MIS on daily basis of all acquire lands by company and send a report to all concerned person on daily basis.
25. Making Internal audit reply of Land Purchase and space allotted.
