SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (PHP)
JOB DESCRIPTION


We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. The primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Also, responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co­ workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.





Responsibilities


• Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs

• Testing and evaluating new programs

• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications

• Writing and implementing efficient code

• Determining operational practicality

• Developing quality assurance procedures

• Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics

• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems

• Training users

• Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts



Skills



• Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP and Core PHP

• Excellent command of PHP and MySQL using MVC Architecture

• Expertise in PHP web frameworks (such as Laravel, and CodeIgniter)

• Good knowledge of CSS, HTML5, HTML/ XHTML, XML, JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX.

• Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming

• Strong knowledge of PHP coding and web-based applications

• Good understanding of website integration and software creation

• Good understanding of open-source Content Management Systems.

• Understanding accessibility and security compliance {Depending on the specific project}

• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable appl
