Operation Executive - Consulting Company In Sector-54 Gurgaon
Job Location :- Sector 54 Gurgaon
Required Experience - 1 year to 3 years.
Roles & Responsibility
Ø Coordinating events/project development and setup.
Ø Communicating with external (customers and vendors) and internal(colleagues) stakeholders
Ø Conduct site surveys and quality control checks
Ø Planning of events/projects
Ø Sourcing for event suppliers and venues and provide onsite event coordination
Ø Oversee project timelines.
Ø Itinerary planning, reservations and booking of tickets.
Ø Certain administrative work will be expected.
Ø Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Ø Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in related field
Ø Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; and good work flow planning and organization skill is preferable.
Ø Experience in MICE and events will be an advantage
Ø Ability to engage effectively with senior executives, top management personnel from the industry
Ø Superior research and analytical skills with a creative slant
Ø Ability to support sales by building networks and relationships with clients, speakers, the media, associates, partners, third parties and other intermediaries and potential clients of the Company
