Position: Asst. Engineer / Engineer - Instrumentation
Location :- saykha Gujarat
Qualification: B.E or B.Tech in Instrumentation
Discipline: Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation

Knowledge:
? PLC and HMI programming (AB, Honeywell, Siemens)
? PID control and Control Valves
? IT knowledge Data Structure and networking
? SCADA programming and design.

Job Description for an Instrumentation Engineer:
1. Boiler operation – Instrumentation, Interlocks, Safety, Sequence for start and stop of Boiler.
2. Control valve design specification, Selection and Application knowledge.

3. Various kinds of PID controllers and its tuning
4. Knowledge on HMI design and SCADA screen designing.
5. Able to handle network issues and different structures.
6. Knowledge on Computers and new advancements
7. Calibration of all measurement instruments and its Procedures.
8. Knowledge on pneumatic and hydraulic instruments
9. Working experience in Omnex software for MSA
10. Knowledge on Systems (TS, ISO, EMS) and MSA.

SCOPE:
Person should able to work in industrial environment.
Having knowledge on Maintenance techniques.
Routine maintenance of all industrial automation system.
Regular data backup and testing
Report generation and Calibration Records maintenance.
Exposure to rubber or Tyre industries is added merit.
