Based in IMT Manesar, this is a central finance & administrative role within Company. The role will
suit someone with a proven track record in finance, accounts and MIS.
The role works closely with Finance Director and also with the CEO and will be responsible for
assisting with the various MIS reports and the monthly financial data in the required format.

Though the position will report to the Finance Director but will also work with all staffs and
external advisers such as accountants, lawyers, consultants etc. This position will support the
Finance Director in recording and retrieving financial details of the company (Compact India Pvt.
Ltd.), including maintaining financial records, processing payments, cash handling, salaries and
monthly financial reporting. The position is responsible for providing a complete finance service
to the whole of the company, addressing all issues of any financial nature and providing all relevant
information to meet external demands. These services may include, but are not limited to, any of
the following: budget setting, reporting and control, income management, financial reporting to
external bodies, monthly and annual accounts preparation, debt management etc.
A desire for continuous improvement will be required in all aspects of the role.

Detailed Role Description
Principal Duties / Task and responsibilities
Work closely with the Finance Director to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters
Plan, organize and manage in such a way that the company’s monthly financial reporting
process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner
Assist in the production of financial statements and applications, preparation of
spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required
All works related to Income Tax for the company and filing the tax return and the transfer
pricing report.
Liaison With Auditors For Statutory And Tax Audits
Supervise the process accounting and verifying the transactions of high values
