Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and quotas.
Lead Generation: Utilize various channels for lead generation and conversion, including online platforms, social media, and other relevant channels.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in business development or a similar role.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools.
Working Conditions:
Office Environment: This position is based in our Gurgaon office and does not involve fieldwork.
Working Hours: Standard office hours with occasional flexibility based on business needs.
